Whether it’s a fear of heights, a fear of spiders, a fear of confined spaces or any other personal fear, there are many hypnotherapy and NLP techniques I use that’ll reduce the fight or flight response.

Hypnotherapy is particularly effective with phobias because it doesn’t work on the conscious mind. Although they have their place, counselling and psychotherapy sessions operate on a rational level. However, there’s a problem with this when it comes to phobias.

As you probably already know, they’re not rational.

You most probably experience your phobia as a fear that grips you and paralysis you and you may not even know why.

You don’t have to, though, because the techniques I use work on the unconscious part of your mind that’s storing the fear. Once free, you’ll be able to live without restrictions and do what you want and go where you wish.
